Prakse Ekodzina centrā ir noslēgusies. 6 nedēļas man, Aijai Zučikai ir bijusi iespēja, tiekoties ar ekodizaina nozarē iesaistītajiem ekspertiem un uzņēmumu pārstāvjiem, piedaloties projekta „LCA to go” apmācību organizēšanā mazajiem uzņēmējiem, kā arī apgūstot labo praksi no publikācijām un projektu materiāliem, iepazīties ar Velsā īstenotajām ekodizaina aktivitātēm. Centra pārstāvji kopā ar Velsas valdību ir izvirzījuši mērķi, Velsu padarīt par labās prakses piemēru, lai visa pasaule var mācīties kā veiksmīgi ieviest ekodizaina iniciatīvas. Lai to sasniegtu, tiek kopīgi izstrādāta politika, piešķirti līdzekļi rīcību realizēšanu, kā arī tiek strādāts ar uzņēmēju un sabiedrības izglītošanu. Lai gan arī Velsā ir daudz šķēršļu un izaicinājumu ieviešot ekodizainu, centrs nepārtraukti iesaistās sadarbības projektos ar politikas veidotājiem, lēmuma pieņēmējiem un uzņēmējiem. Uzskatu, ka tieši šī aktīvā līdzdarbība procesos un sava viedokļa pozicionēšana ir veiksmes atslēga, vērā ņemamajiem centra sasniegumiem ekodizaina jomā.
The internship in Ecodesign center has successfully finished. During these 6 weeks, I have learned about Wales ecodesign activities, met experts and entrepreneurs of the field, taking part in project “LCA to go” training for PV companies organization learned out best practice from the publications and the projects materials. The representatives of the center together with the Wales government have created a common vision: Wales has to become the example from which learn the best practice of realized ecodesign. To ensure that this vision come true, the stakeholders are co-developing the policy, government gives funds and different society and entrepreneurs awareness rising happens about ecodesign. Although there are a lot of obstacles and challenge to implement the initiatives, the centers continuously do cooperation activities with stakeholders, decision and policy makers. This cooperation and active position taking in ecodesign initiatives I found as the key aspect of success of Center achievements in ecodesign field.
